Halle Berry's Custody Battle Turns Ugly—She Claims Gabriel Aubry Used A Racial Slur Against Her!

She claims he’s verbally abusive, he claims she just wants to keep him from seeing his daughter. This is war. Poor little Nahla!

Halle Berry, 44, is not messing around when it comes to the battle she’s waged against Gabriel Aubry, 35, for custody of their adorable daughter, Nahla, who turns 3 in March. Now, a source close to Halle is leaking damaging quotes to the press about Gabriel. “Once they broke up he became verbally threatening to Halle,” says Halle’s friend to People. “He is a vindictive guy.” The source went on to say that Gabriel has even used a “racial slur” against the actress! But Halle, we want to know: Why are you doing this??

Is Gabriel really so horrible that Halle needs to publicly destroy him? In the end, that will only harm little Nahla. A friend of Gabriel’s says to People, “I never saw someone more dedicated to their child.” So what is this all about? Some say Halle is jealous over Gabriel’s rumored relationship with Kim Kardashian. Now sources are saying that Halle might be using all her money and Hollywood influence to control the situation.

“From the beginning Halle kind of had the upper hand because she was supporting all of them for the most part. Gabriel never liked how that felt,” Gabriel’s friend says to People. “Their split was tough because they’re both so involved in raising Nahla, and neither ever wanted to give that up.” Halle, please stop this! It’s so bad for Nahla!

Gabrielle Aubrey has his own money and does not need the lying Berry’s money. He is successful in his own right. Up until he started dating and then wanted shared custody all Halle could say was what a wonderful father he is. She is selfish and this is not making her look very good. Remember, she is also the one who did a hit and run accident several years ago. What does THAT say about her character?! She has a history of maligning every single man she has been with or married to. There is some reason none of these men stay with her. I hope Aubrey wins and that the tapes and e-mails he says he has of her attacking him help him in court. The difference is, he is waiting until a private court date in order to protect their daughter. Halle thinks by dragging him through the mud that she will automatically win. WRONG, Halle! In any case Halle needs to realise she got into a relationship with the guy. She must have gotten an idea of what he was like prior to having his baby. She cannot turn around now and act like he is a monster now when he wasn’t one before.
