Hollywood Life caught up with some Bieber fans waiting outside of the Today show taping this morning in Rockefeller Center, where Justin was promoting his new film Never Say Never. They were decked out in Justin’s signature purple glasses, and some of the fans had been waiting outside since as early as 3 a.m.!
