On their date in Burbank, Calif. Jan. 27, Justin Bieber was the perfect gentleman — blocking Selena Gomez from the paparazzi and helping her into her car!
It’s hard going out on a simple date when you’re two of the biggest stars in the world, but Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez seemed to be in great spirits during their trip to the movie theater in Burbank, Calif. Jan. 27 — and 16-year-old Justin took great care to make sure his lady was okay.
As seen in the video from TMZ, the adorable teen pair smiled as they made their way to the parking garage with some help from Justin’s bodyguard, despite being hounded by fans and paparazzi. Selena, 18, stayed mum while Justin, wearing a Mickey Mouse tee, did the talking.
“Never Say Never!” he said, laughing and promoting his upcoming documentary film about his life. As he went to walk down the stairwell to the parking garage, Justin let Selena go first and warned the paps, “Don’t get in my way, man.”
Downstairs in the garage, Justin posed for a photo with a lucky little girl fan and continued the jaunt to the cars.
“It’s nice to see young love,” one of the paparazzi yelled.
Justin smiled and pointed to him in response, repeating his mantra, “Never Say Never!”
“Never Say Never!” Selena said, laughing.
Once at Selena’s black SUV, Justin walked her to the front door and helped her inside. We can’t tell from the video, but it looks like they briefly kissed before she shut the door.
