J. Lo reveals that her twins are what kept her and Marc Anthony together when their marriage hit a rocky patch. Have you have a similar experience?

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, who wed in 2004,  have had their share of problems. In fact J. Lo, 41, admits that she was close to calling it quits. But thanks to their adorable 2-year-old twins Max and Emme, they have moved past their marriage struggles and are “stronger than ever” says Jen. HollyMoms, isn’t it nice to know that celebrity marriages have their share of ups and downs too?

JLo wants “a thousand babies”

“My kids made Marc and I stronger than we’ve ever been,” Jennifer tells In Touch magazine. “My kids saved me. But there have been tough times, where I did know what the end looked like.” The new American Idol judge is no stranger to divorce. Jennifer has been to divorce court two times — once to end her first marriage to waiter Ojani Noa and again after her marriage to dancer Cris Judd fell apart.

But after she gave birth to Max and Emme, Jennifer realized that divorce was no longer an option — they had to work out their issues for the sake of their babies. “Having kids made us both see that there’s a bigger picture,” she explains. “Yes we still fight — but we know that at the end of the day, we have these amazing children who need us. So we promised each other never to go to bed angry.” Did your relationship change after you had kids, HollyMoms?
