Benjamin’s only 2-months-old but he’s already earned his wings! Is John putting the newborn in danger? Vote!
2-month-old Benjamin Travolta has been flying the friendly skies, thanks to his daddy John Travolta! “I’ve already taken him in the cockpit with me,” John, 56, tells People. When he was just 10-days old, the actor/pilot took his newborn boy, wife Kelly Preston, 48, and daughter Ella Bleu, 10, on a flight to Maine so that they could enjoy a white Christmas at their family home. Do you think it’s too soon for baby Ben to be airborne?
Kelly Preston says a silent birth made her kids calm — do you buy that?
Well, when he’s safe on the ground, Benjamin has a lot of time to spend with big sister Ella, who is a big help around the house. “She’s a good older sister,” John says. “She’s a good baby nurse. She’s just terrific. But I think at 10 you’re ready for that. There’s no jealousy. So I think we timed that part of it just right. It’s beautiful.”
After the tragic death of her older sibling, Jett, at the age of 16, in 2009, it’s no surprise that Ella is thrilled to have her baby brother around. We are so happy that the family is enjoying baby Ben and living life to the fullest. But, we wish John would keep the newborn safely on the ground as much as possible.

get over yourselves as long as Ben is healthy yeah three weeks old maybe a bit young but since it’s private plane he’s less likely to get sick than he would be on a regular flight. John has had a pilots liscence for over 30 years he wouldn’t put his family and friends in danger. my younger brother was a few weeks old the first time he flew in a plane and has no lasting fear of flying
