There’s no questioning the fact that both Ashanti and Katy Perry are both beautiful and talented, but who wore the asymmetrical sweetheart Issa dress best? Katy decided to down play the heavily printed dress by wearing her hair loosely tousled at the 2nd Annual “Change Begins Within” benefit in NYC.
Ashanti, on the other hand, went all out at the 2010 Princess Grace Awards Gala in NYC! Her Jersey Shore-esque Snooki inspired poof with ultra blonde highlights distract from her perfectly fitted gown.
