It just goes to show – even the woman with the most envied hair & body in America isn’t happy. Jen reveals she’s totally one of us in the new February Allure.

Did you know that Jennifer Aniston secretly hated her iconic “The Rachel” haircut? What about the secrets of her workout routine for that famous body? Well, wait no more for the answers because she is dishing on all things beauty and lifestyle inside the pages of February’s Allure magazine. What other goodies can you expect? Read on, Aniston fans!
Here are some of the a-ha quotes WE were surprised to read:

She secretly hated that famous haircut: “Have there been disasters? I think that’s a very relative term with hair. Let’s say there have been moments I’d rather not relive, like that whole Rachel thing. I love Chris [McMillan, her hairstylist], and he’s the bane of my existence at the same time because he started that damn Rachel, which was not my best look. How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen. What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs? Let’s just say I’m not a fan of short, layered cuts on my personally, so I don’t love revisiting that particular era. Right before Friends, I got a new manager. She took one look at my hair and said, ‘We’ve got to do something about that.'”

Her backside is her toughest workout concern: “My stomach is not my hardest [challenge]-my derriere is much more my challenge.”

She’s evidently your best brunch Friend: “I can make two drinks really well: a dirty martini and a Bloody Mary. People are like, ‘You make the best Bloody Marys,’ and my secret ingredient is basically Mr and Mrs T Bloody Mary Mix. It’s not some fancy mix that they do with the  horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. It’s the 7-Eleven of Bloody Marys. It’s the trashiest.”

She secretly wants to throw your next party: “I should have been a party planner. I’m a good mixologist in terms of personality types. I do a tree trimming party every year-15 years I’ve been doing this. At my tree-trimming party we always do chili: turkey, regular beef, and vegetarian. Everybody is satisfied. What ruins a party? A really drunk person. Trust me. It’s happened.”

The greatest love of her life? Her dog. “Really, the most unconditional form of love that you can encounter is with a dog. They’re excited the minute you come home, and they show the same amount of excitement every day.”
