We’d do pretty much anything to look like Marisa Miller — and now we have the tools to make it happen!
Supermodel Marisa Miller has a rocking body and a killer career and now we know how she does it! The 32-year-old Sports Illustrated swim suit model opened up in the February issue of Shape about how she preps for shoots and stays in tip top shape — and she’s not afraid to get down and dirty!
“I’ve tried Pilates and yoga, but they’re a little too meditative for me. I need to really go for it, and do it hard!” Marisa said. “For me, it’s about focusing for an hour and a half on my work out.”
Three to four times a week, Marisa goes boxing with her trainer and does the following workout:
1. Jump rope for 15-20 minutes
2. 3-minute rounds hitting the heavy bag or trainer’s mitts with 1-minute breaks
3. Five sets of 30-40 squats
“That’s my butt workout right there,” she explains. “It’s pretty simple, but extremely effective.”
