It looks like Farrah added new twins to her brood!
Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham looks great flaunting her hot beach bod — but did she buy something more than a new bikini for the occasion? These shots, taken as the 19-year-old reality star vacationed in Orlando, definitely make it appear as though Farrah’s made some ‘enhancements’ since we last saw her. And we’re not the only ones who thin so.
Dr. Anthony Youn, tells HollywoodLife.com it appears Farrah did get a breast augmentation, going from an “A” to a “C” cup. He also says the procedure was well done!
“Overall, it fits her frame quite nicely,” Dr. Youn said. “She looks like she could be a little swollen, but from looking at her, the procedure was done in the last two months or so, and that is to be expected.”

This girl has a beautiful body, who cares if her boobs are fake??? SHE take care of her child UNLIKE the trailor trash jannelle…i hope her mother takes that child and NEVER lets that girl see the baby. Sho is to interested in partying than having her baby, spending thime, BONDING….at least Jase has is grandma who loves him, his “mother” loves paryting morethan her baby. She is the biggest loser i have ever seen….shes gross
