Taylor tells her fans that she can always count on them, but was this more a dig at Jake then love for her fans?
Taylor Swift‘s break-up with Jake Gyllenhaal has been on the minds of many and reports have stated that everyone’s favorite CoverGirl is taking things hard. But as she took the stage of the People’s Choice Awards to accept her Favorite Country Artist trophy Jan.6, we couldn’t help thinking her words had more then one meaning!
“To the fans, this award coming from you is such a showing of love and I want to thank you so much for always being people I can count on!” Taylor coyly addressed the crowd focusing much of her emphasis on, “being people I can count on!”
One person she’s not counting on anymore? Jakey G. The actor apparently broke her heart when he ended their relationship. The unlucky-in-love 21-year-old star has always worn her heart on her sleeve and has addressed most of her heartbreak through song. This was the first time we heard from her since the split, so it wouldn’t be too shocking if she used the opportunity to send a dig at her ex.

First of all, this is probably the media bending her words out of context just to sell another story.
Second, you can’t always count on the fans; it is naive and foolish to think so. If she doesn’t know this already, she’ll soon find out how fickle a crowd can be.
