Country crooner Shania and Valerie both walk down the aisle of New Year’s Day in front of friends and family!

It was a very, very special New Year’s Day for both Shania Twain and Valerie Bertinelli Jan. 1 as the two women said “I Do” in intimate ceremonies. A rep for Shania told People she and beau Frédéric Thiébaud were, “married at sunset in Rincon, Puerto Rico, in front of 40 of their closest family and friends.” Congratulations!

As for Valerie, People reports she married her boyfriend of seven years, financial planner Tom Vitale, in Malibu. Among those in attendance were her Hot In Cleveland costars Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick, as well as Michelle Phillips.

This is the second marriage for both women. Shania was previously married to producer Mutt Lange, while Valerie had a 25 year relationship with Eddie Van Halen — who attended the wedding!
