Brit says she’s single and planning on spending the holiday with her BFF Kim K!
So much for Brittny Gastineau‘s alleged fling with 25-year-old Michael Phelps. Brit has an even better date this New Year’s Eve with a reality superstar. Brittny, 28, who says she’s not seeing anyone special at the moment, tells HollywoodLife.com, “Kim Kardashian is my date [for New Year's]!”
“I am going to Kim’s party in Vegas,” Brit says.
The girls are such good friends that Kim just recently sent Brit a special present. “She just gave me a whole bunch of stuff from the Bebe Kardashian collection,” Brit gushes. “I love it. She gave me this long, leopard (I love leopard) cardigan. She also gave me a long pink dress for the resort. It’s flow-y and cool and a really cool blazer jacket.”
But Brit plans on wearing something a little more chic for her New Year’s date. “I am wearing a sequin gown from Devon,” she details. “I figured it was the one time I could wear a gown … on New Year’s Eve.”
Brit, who recently became a correspondent for Extra! (her first piece airs the night of Dec. 31), shares this year’s two hottest New Year’s fashion trends: “1) Sparkles for sure because every girl always wants to wear sparkles. I feel like it’s the one time that you can get all decked out. Any girl wants to shine on New Year’s. 2) Velvet: A really amazing catsuit. For a little bit more conservative, a skirt suit with a lot of embellishing.”
