Both Neil Patrick Harris, Elton John and their partners welcomed children via surrogates this year! Maybe that’s why NPH is ready to plan some baby playdates!

What a playdate this would be! How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris is thrilled for new parents, Sir Elton John and David Furnish! The couple welcomed a son, Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John on Christmas Day and Neil is already thinking about packing up his 2-month-old twins with partner David Burtka, Harper Grace and Gideon Scott, and heading over for a visit!

“Great congratulations to David Furnish & Elton John on the birth of their son, Zachary!” Neil tweeted. “Can’t wait for play dates in the south of France…” How fun!

Each show is different and it really depends on whos booking it and for the bigger shows with celebrities and bands they need a lot of
lead-time. It is an industry norm that you offer a hotel room for the comedian at the same
time. Do some research and find out as much as you can about each
open mic – try to find the one that is most positively reviewed, gets the biggest
crowd and that is attended by the most comedians.
