Bristol’s new digs boast a neighborhood swimming pool, playground, and two basketball courts!
Bristol Palin reportedly bought her $172,000 new home in cash and we can totally see why! Not only is the 3,929-square foot house in Maricopa, Ariz., beautiful, it’s a low key and kid friendly neighborhood! HollywoodLife.com spoke with Ray D. Real, a realtor for Keller Williams who often sells houses in Bristol’s future neighborhood of Cobblestone Farms, and he reveals why the 20-year-old likely picked this particular pad!
“The houses were built by Fulton Homes which is a very nice builder,” says Ray. “The neighborhood offers a lot of products for single family homes and it’s perfect for people looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix which is only about 20 minutes away.”
If Bristol’s ex-boyfriend Levi Johnston allows their son Tripp, 2, to relocate with Bristol, it’s the perfect place for children! The neighborhood has several amenites which include: two basketball courts, one baseball and soccer field, community pool, play center for children, and covered seating with cooking grills. But we’re sure it’s another plus that her new boyfriend Gino Paoletti lives nearby and the ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, where she might be attending college, is only 40 minutes away.
“The neighborhood is a great place for families,” says Ray. “Maricopa is a newer city that was incorporated in 2003 and all the homes are very new and great prices compared to other homes in the Phoenix area. In Cobblestone Farms you have a lot of first time buyers and others who have their vacation homes there. It would be at the top of the list for buyers looking in Maricopa.”

As long as she stays out of my Arizona neighborhood, I am fine with it. We have enough dope smoking, alcoholic, 20 yr old party girl mothers around. I hope her and her boyfriend have a good time. It will be no time before she pops out another kid and then the parents buying their little girls Candies products will know what a liar Neil Cole is and what message BP is really sending their little girls. Be a party girl, use dope, get drunk, have a baby, and get rich off from it. Their daughters are more computer savvy than they are and know the truth from her myspace page, the parts that weren’t cleansed by her mother.
