The ‘Teen Mom’ star spent the past 24 hours in an Indiana jail, and after appearing in court, a judge ruled Amber is to have NO contact with her ex-fiancé Gary.
Things went from bad to worse for Teen Mom star Amber Portwood on Dec. 28 when a judge issued a “no-contact order” which prevents her from seeing her ex-fiancé Gary Shirley, but she is still allowed to contact her daughter Leah. Amber spent the past 24 hours in a holding cell with four other female inmates at the Madison County Jail in Anderson, Ind., stemming from battery and neglect charges — some of which aired on MTV’s reality show — and was released on a $5,000 bond this afternoon.
Amber pled not guilty when appearing before the judge, despite some of the violent incidents of her attacking Gary, airing on MTV. According to The Herald Bulletin, when the judge issued the “no-contact order,” Amber “wept” while Amber’s mother and Gary looked on.
