The man who lent Nadya Suleman the money to buy her California home is going to evict her in January if she doesn’t pay him $450,000.
I guess Octomom is praying for a Christmas miracle, because that’s the only thing that is going to save her and her 14 kids from being evicted from her La Habre, CA, home in January. Amer Haddadin, who gave Nadya Suleman a loan to buy her home, has given her a deadline of December 31 to pay the money she owes him or she’s out. And considering Octomom doesn’t have a job and has been holding garage sales to raise money, it’s not looking good.
Amer tells RadarOnline.com that Nadya (who became famous for baring eight children via IVF in January 2009) is up to date on her monthly payments of $4,060, but that she has owed him a balloon payment of $450,000 since October. And since the 35-year-old has given him no indication that she’s going to pay him by the deadline, he has instructed his lawyer to file a lawsuit and begin eviction proceedings against her on January 3.
“Nadya needs to get out if she’s not able to pay,” he says. “If she can’t pay, she has no business being in my house.”
Regardless of what you think of Octomom, no one wants to see 14 kids pushed out of their home. But the big question here is why hasn’t Nadya gone out and gotten a job?
