Lindsay Lohan In Trouble Again After Shoving Betty Ford Worker — Could End Up In Jail For Six Months! Exclusive Details!

After showing up 10 minutes late for her scheduled check in at Betty Ford, Lindsay gets into a shoving match with an employee and winds up a suspect in a criminal battery investigation!

Even tucked away in rehab at the Betty Ford Clinic, Lindsay Lohan still finds a way to continue her ridiculous and unacceptable behavior. Following an altercation in the early morning hours of Dec. 12, a staffer’s wrist was injured so badly in an incident between her and the former starlet she had to be taken to Eisenhower Hospital sources tell exclusively.

TMZ reports,”Lindsay claims when she walked into the BFC — a female staff member was ‘unfairly’ scolding her about the situation … and demanded the actress take a drug/alcohol test. We’re told it was during the heated exchange that the woman ‘put her hands on Lindsay.’ Lindsay claims she told the woman, ‘Take your hands off of me’ and then ‘pushed back.'”

Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, issued the following statement: “At this time, we are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation.  It should be noted, however, that it was Ms. Lohan who called 911 to request police assistance at the time this incident occurred.”

Lindsay apparently feels this staffer has been after her for awhile now, and as a result of her actions is now a suspect in a criminal battery investigation.

As Lindsay is still on probation from her 2007 DUI arrest, this incident could even land her back in prison for six months! Making this even more plausible is the apparent desire of the Betty Ford staffer to press charges against Lindsay.

Once again Lindsay proves she lacks the basic maturity and wherewithal to behave like an adult. Do you think she’ll ever grow up?

Doesn’t look like LL has learned a thing at the BFC. She still acts like she’s above following the rules and isn’t taking responsibility for her actions.

This to me is a trumped up pile of rubbish. If somebody put their hands on me without my express permission, then I’d have shoved them back in the very least.
We all have the basic right to defend ourselves, and Lindsay did just that. Good luck to her. She may be a train wreck, but if she is locked away, you’ll only have Miley and Gaga to fill your crappy pages with,

I hope she goes to jail for 6 months, heck she should go for 6 years. She needs to be made an example of so these “spoiled brat” celebrities get the message that they are not above the law just because they are famous or come from wealthy families.

Still not taking any responsibilty for herself or her actions, I see.

This won’t get you work, Missy, or more importantly, healthy.

A 10 p.m. curfew is just that, a 10 p.m. curfew. It’s not a 10:15 p.m. curfew. The BF staffer was right. If Lindsay can’t be trusted to obey something this simple then she’s pulling the wool over everyone’s eyes which is what most people think she’s doing anyway. If, in a circumstance like this, the patient deserves a reprimand and, if they respond in a confrontational way, which we know Lindsay argued back, there are facilities where the patient is manually taken by both arms, escorted for testing, and then escorted to their room. Depending on the infraction and the facility the addict can be subject to a whole-body search or having the door locked.

Lindsay needs to shut her mouth and do what she’s told. Thinking the rules don’t apply to her and that there are no consequences for disobeying them is how she ended up in trouble to start with.

Looks like someone isn’t well suited to her job and should probably find a different field. This seems pretty counter productive for an employee of BFC to do.
