With only three remaining contenders on the Dec. 19 Survivor finale, Jud “Fabio” Birza nabbed the $1 million grand prize! The 21-year-old model from LA barely beat out his two other opponents, Chase Rice, 24, from N.C., and Matthew “Sash” Lenahan, 30, from NYC!
“From how I felt down in Nicaragua, going through all the angles or whatever, I really thought I was going to win by a little more,” Fabio told the AP. “It’s all good, dude. I would rather it be super close. … As you could see, I was sweating. My armpits were going crazy. I was nervous.”
