Got a big holiday kiss coming up? Make like Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson and prepare your lips for the big close up!

Holiday parties mean hanging out with friends, family and co-workers but it also means getting kissably close to that special someone (which is the BEST part, don’t you think?) You need to make sure that your lips are ready for that big moment so let’s get you ready with some great glosses, shall we? Read on!

There are three things you’ll want to remember when choosing the lip product for your big moment:

1) Try to go for something that will stay put. Most kiss recipients aren’t crazy about super sticky lip products that taste funny and leave a residue behind.

2) Colors that most closely match the inside of your lip are considered your “natural” lip hue and with a little shine they can make your lips look super hot. Keep that in mind the next time you’re gloss shopping.

3) You don’t have to spend a fortune to get totally lip lock ready! There are great glosses with lip conditioners available at every price point. Just be sure to use them and keep hydrated so you’re ready for that big moment.

What’s YOUR biggest kiss disaster? Rough lips? Uneven kiss? Bad breath? Do TELL in the poll below!

Enjoy that big holiday kiss, ladies. Hopefully, it won’t be your last. :)
