Getty Images (2)President Obama and wife Michelle will NOT be invited to Prince William’s wedding — the royal couple want more ‘ordinary’ people to attend.

The US President will not be a guest at next year’s royal wedding in a major break with tradition. Should Barack and Michelle feel snubbed? A royal source tells the Daily Mail that the Obamas won’t get an invite to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s April 29 wedding — because William is not heir to the throne, and as such, the wedding is not considered a “state occasion.”

What’s more, the royal couple wants to invite more “ordinary citizens and charity workers” than VIPs and heads of state to their wedding.

Still, American Presidents have been invited to royal weddings in the past: Ronald Reagan got his invite to Prince Charles and Diana’s 1981 wedding but was too ill after an assassination attempt.

And — zut alors — the Mail reports that French prez Nicolas Sarkozy and wife Carla Bruni are likely to make the cut.

Its really quite tough attempting to find really
good dress outfits which aren’t too expensive. I just had to take our little boy to a wedding a few months ago and buying a dress suit was really a complete pain…ultimately it ended up being a lot much easier and a lot less costly to hire a boy’s suit.

This is no news at all considering the fact that the royal wedding isn’t much talked about anywhere outside the UK. Not an awful lot of people know about the couple involved and quite frankly people outside the UK don’t really care about the wedding. And the whole talk about Obama being snubbed apparently because he might not be invited is plainly laughable. It demonstrates the level of UK’s inferiority complex to America. Thank God, this write-up wasn’t about the supposed special relationship the brits always assume to have with the US. Because quite frankly, i am sick and tired of the constant bombardment by the british media on that subject.

BTW, i don’t think Obama would have attended the wedding anyway, he would spare the lovely couple of him having to take over the whole show. he also spares them the heavy security presence that might have resulted in the couple undergoing security checks at their own wedding celebrations.

Why do you think they should be invited? Jejejeje, I’m so happy about this. American people are so arrogant, liberal, rude and disrespectful. They imagine they are gods, but take it for granted that for the rest of the world you arent’t. At least, you aren’t treated like them. jeje. You think you are powerful but FEEL POWERFUL WHEN YOU GET RESPECT AND LOVE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS NOT FEAR.
