The British pop star, who miscarried in November, is going to try for a baby in 2011. We wish her the best!
Lily Allen is still mourning the miscarriage she suffered in November. And, according to her half-sister Sarah Owen, the singer is hoping to get pregnant again in the New Year, to take her mind off the grief of losing her baby six months into the pregnancy. Starting a family is Lily and her 32-year-old boyfriend Sam Cooper‘s Christmas wish this holiday season.
“New Year, new start. Losing the baby has totally devastated her, she’s still grieving,” Sarah tells the UK’s Mirror newspaper. “Lily won’t let this stop her, she is absolutely determined to be a mum. This is what she wants more than anything in the whole wide world, more than her singing career. It’s always been her dream.”
“Lily hasn’t been in a great place, but she’s getting there. It’s been a long, hard road. She is in the country with her boyfriend and doing wholesome things,” says her half-sister. “They’re going to start trying in the New Year.”
Everyone at HollyBaby.com hopes that Lily’s motherhood dreams will finally come true in 2011.
