Is it premiere perfect or too pretty?
Leighton Meester never shows up in something boring on the red carpet, and it’s one of the reasons why I love to see the star out and about. In contrast to her co-star Gwyneth Paltrow, (who opted for a racy lace-up gown), the Gossip Girl turned up in a super feminine, fun, and flirty Christian Dior spring 2011 frock at the Country Strong premiere in LA on Dec. 14 — although I wasn’t a fan of her footwear!
On the runway, the model came out wearing neon green sandals, and it looks like Leighton attempted to follow the trend — although her sky-high Pierre Hardy wedges were too chunky for this get-up. I also thought the colors clashed and took the feminine feel out of the frock.
With gold bangles and bright red lips, Leighton totally rocked this mini and looked amazing! She looked sexy, confident, and fun — I just wish she changed her shoes before she stepped out! What did you think of her fun frock last night?
