Angelina Jolie, Is Cruella De Vil Your Style Icon? Was Her Velvet Versace Gown Gorgeous Of Ghastly?

With her long gloves and black dress, she looked just like the villain — although to be fair, Cruella did have a killer sense of style!

Angelina Jolie turned up in not one, but two black dresses while in Berlin promoting The Tourist on Dec. 14. While the first, a sophisticated sheath, exuded classic elegance, her second get-up looked more like a costume than a chic frock!

While the idea of built in gloves could be cute, the velvet Versace dress didn’t do much of anything on Angie. This look requires confidence and personality — and unfortunately it looked more like a costume than a sophisticated get-up on the star. I don’t dislike the dress, I just don’t think it was right for Angelina.

Bonnie we Angelina fans know how much you hate Angie but you are just making a fool of yourself now. If you want an invite to Mexico with Handler and Aniston you are on the right track. Aniston had her chance to make Brad happy and she did not. If he had not met Angie, there wold have been someone else. Not you by the way! So get over it. Stop being another hen and move on. Angie is just what you see a gorgeous woman in love, doing good work, loving her family and just being who she is. Brad loves and respects her as he says all the time.

I liked it reminds me of the character in the Tourist

ANGIE always looks glamorous, but this isn’t her best outfit, i have seen worst dressed celebs out there though.

liked the look, Angie looks very glamorous,this is what most Hollwood stars should look like, they have the money dress in high fashion totally glomorous clothing! Love it!

i’m with you katrina! i usually think EVERYTHING works for angie and was shocked by your last costume comment about her (when she had the white cashmere gown on)- but this one, at least if this picture captured the essence, was a fashion don’t for sure. it does look costumey, her hair looks frizzed, the lower half of the dress looks too shapeless and big… something’s wrong here. i also feel like the shoulders need to be pulled up an inch or two. no, angie, this wasn’t quite right. i do love the idea of the built in gloves, but something just isn’t quite right.
