Since Elizabeth Edwards death, her children need their dad more than ever. Experts says it’s time for John to come home.
We are all still rattled by Elizabeth Edward‘s tragic passing yesterday (December 7) and can’t imagine what her poor children must be going through at this moment. Cate, 28, Emma, 12, and Jack, 10, are going to have to find the strength to forgive their dad, John Edwards for his past wrongdoings and lean on him during this time of need. An expert tells us that it’s time for John to move back into their house, in order to maintain some sense of normalcy in their lives. Do you agree?
How will Elizabeth’s death affect her young children?
“Since Elizabeth is no longer here to take care of the children, John needs to step up to the plate and move in with them,” psychiatrist, Dr. Carole Lieberman tells HollyBaby.com. “Hopefully, he will focus now on being a good father to them, rather than on finding bad girls to play with.” Of course, Dr. Lieberman is referring to John’s cheating scandal that caused Elizabeth and her children a huge amount of emotional pain and suffering. She mentions his mistress, Rielle Hunter, whom he has a daughter named Quinn with, in her book Bad Girls: Why Men Love Them & How Good Girls Can Learn Their Secrets. Come on, John — now’s the time to focus all of your attention on your children with Elizabeth as they mourn the loss of their great mom.
“Although he does have some responsibility to the daughter he has with Rielle, he needs to spend more time with Emma and Jack for now, because they are desperately in need of his comforting,” Dr. Lieberman adds. “They also are terrified that he will leave them for Rielle and Quinn, and they will have no parents to take care of them. So, he needs to keep reassuring them that he loves them and will be there for them.” It breaks my heart to think of those kids fearing they’re going to become orphans. I really hope John steps up to the plate and becomes the very best father he can be, before those kids suffer any more.

Well, after the trial is over he should take responsibility for the two younger kids.John also should not allow Hunter to move in either considering the circumstances it would be disrespectful. Elizabeth and John’s kids were in their life first and therefore come first before Hunter and Quinn,.Sadly John did not want Hunter to deliberately get pregnant and was unwanted by John.Hunter should have known this and must understand John’s kids by Elizabeth were wanted, legitimate, and come first before her child.
