Kate may make several million dollars a year, but that doesn’t stop her from suing her ex-husband for child support!
The formerly budget-conscious Kate Gosselin has decided to sue the father of her eight children for $125,000 in back child support, even though he is struggling to pay the bills! Is she losing her mind? Jon Gosselin has taken a 9-to-5 job at a tech company, while Kate lives the life of a star — getting her nails done, going tanning and taking five-star vacations. “She makes several million dollars a year and has free things thrown at her and the kids — if anything, she should be paying Jon child support!” an insider tells InTouch. HollyMoms, do you think Kate should be suing Jon?

“It is a shock to everyone that she still insists Jon pay her money, when his focus needs to be on providing what he can for the kids during his custody,” the source says. “Her attempts to sue Jon are just ways she tries to control everything around her because she’s still angry about their failed marriage.”
And this money is not only going to her eight kids — 10-year-old twins Cara and Mady and 6-year-old sextuplets Joel, Collin, Aaden, Hannah, Leah, and Alexis –Kate uses the money to pamper herself and pay for her pricey beauty regimen. “Kate is so cheap, at least when it comes to the kids: She has TLC pay for their food, clothes and travel on days they film,” the insider says. “She’s frugal when it comes to the kids, but she has no qualms about spending money on herself.”

Jon is trying to get his child support payment reduced since he is not making the same amount of money he used to. “He’s paid back $80,000 this year so far and the court ordered him to pay around $22,000 a month,” the insider reveals. “That amount was based on his potential earning, which has changed so much since TLC has limited the amount of media work he can do — and that’s how Jon was making his living. Before their series ended, they both were making hundreds of thousands of dollars on appearances and media deals. Between the two of them, they must have made millions. But they spent the money as fast as they earned it.”
Now Jon, who is nowhere near as famous or in-demand as his ex-wife, needs to find a way to pay thousands of dollars in child support to someone who has more money than he does!

Well he cant make those kind of payments on the job hes got now so she can go pound sand as they say.
i knew he was in trouble when he bought that new car. but hey an cool muscle car will ya 30k
im still driving my 10 year old camaro and will be till it falls apart
dumb jon if hed a just laid back some hed probably still have a good income. charlie sheen is/was paying 115k a month i read so hes due for a cut in child support.
really kate charging tlc for the food clothes etc on the days theyre shooting is probably pretty normal in there world
but she still has 8 kids to feed a babysiter to pay health insurance on her and the kids. the money that the kids make should be going into a trust or saving account for them so
shes supporting them on her salary for the most part
i dont blame jon for leaving if he felt kates belittling him was too much to put up with anymore. ive done the same myself. i couldnt go on that way and no one knows how it is tiil theyve experienced that constant non stop belittleing insulting etc day n and out for 5-6 years
it wears ya down. its ruined my life so i can totally relate to jon
