The busy parents of six were finally kid-free for dinner last night! They went to a super-swanky French restaurant and Brad went back to the kitchen and spoke to the chef!
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were out on the town in Paris last night — they celebrated his big “Megamind” premiere with a romantic dinner for two at an exclusive, three-Michelin-starred restaurant in the 17th arrondissement. The entire family is in Paris while Angelina promotes her new film “The Tourist” at a press junket alongside costar Johnny Depp.
Inside the restaurant (called Guy Savoy, named after its world-famous chef) the black-clad couple had a choice to order off the menu a la carte (average cost: $240 each!) or to select the chef’s tasting menu, which rings in at a staggering $367-$461 each! And that doesn’t even include drinks! The chef personally showed them to the door and walked them to their car after they dined.
When they left, they were swarmed by paparazzi as they made their way back to the five-star Meurice Hotel, where the entire family is staying.
Since arriving in Paris last week, Brad and Angelina have been spending most of their down-time with the kids, celebrating son Pax’s birthday with boat and balloon rides and taking trips to the aquarium. Angelina has admitted that lately the couple haven’t been so great about scheduling “alone time” for just the two of them. “Mummy and Daddy need to try to figure out more time,” she said. “We’re working on it. Right now we’re not great about mummy-and-daddy-time.”
