Kelly isn’t ashamed to admit she takes her sexual health seriously! While out supporting World Aids Day, she revealed she gets checked every year for HIV!
Now here’s the type of TMI situation we can get behind. Reality star Kelly Osbourne spoke openly about her HIV testing at an event supporting Worlds Aid Day in Beverly Hills Dec. 1.
The 26-year-old singer told The Daily Mail that getting tested is part of her annual check up, and it began when she was just 17! “They have amazing ways to be tested now. They had this thing that they just swabbed the inside of our cheeks with and within 10 minutes they told us,” Kelly said while attending the Divine Design Gala at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel. “’Now, it’s something that is part my yearly check-up with my doctor.”
Usually we cringe when stars over share about their sex life, but we think it’s awesome that Kelly is spreading awareness and urging everyone to protect themselves from the disease. Support the cause and get tested, BFFs!
