Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have been battling out the future of their marriage in the courts for weeks! That’s why it was particularly shocking that TMZ spotted the exes having lunch Dec. 1, at a hotel in Santa Monica, Calif.

The Desperate Housewives star slapped the San Antonio Spurs point guard with divorce papers in California Nov. 17, then Tony went straight to Texas and filed his own. Once Eva alleged that Tony cheated with his ex-teammate’s wife, Erin Barry, we thought these two would never see one another again.

Tony was in town for his game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
