Miley Cyrus Has A Girls Day Out With Mom Tish — Has She Chosen Her Over Dad Billy Ray?

Miley and her mom enjoy manicures and lunch and seem happier than ever, how do you think Billy feels about this?

Early reports about the Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus split claimed Miley Cyrus had taken her father’s side over her mother’s alleged infidelity, but it sure hasn’t looked that way. Miley and Tish attended the American Music Awards together and were also together for Miley’s birthday at Trousdale and now, just Nov. 27, were spotted getting a manicure and lunch together! Looks like Billy may not be feeling so much love from Miley!

Miley has become a key figure in her parents divorce as her wealth and holdings will likely be assigned to just one parent. Reports surfaced earlier this month that claimed Tish had been having an affair with Bret Michaels, though both deny it.

She is close to both parents. She is “destined” to spend more time with her mom because her mom’s production company is involved with all Miley’s movies.

This article is too stupid for words to describe, so the only thing I’ll comment on is the point suggested that one of her 2 parents will be assigned control over Miley’s holdings/wealth. Miley is now 18 and will is/will be in control of her own financial wealth. Whether or not all the requisite paperwork has already been accomplished to this end is another matter. I think a lot of the confusion arises out of the various interpretation of “Legal Age”. Obviously in some cases – drinking alcohol for instance – the legal age is 21. To command your own affairs – in other words legally join the Armed Forces without parental consent etc – the legal age is 18. Enough said :)

first off, miley doesnt have to pick sides shes 18 she is an adult now, there is not a custody battle. and second who knows how long her parents have been having problems, they could have been putting off a divorce until miley was old enough stand on her own, just think shes 18 and look how people are acting, just imagine if she was a minor still. im 17 and have been through a divorce and its brutal, so i can only imagine how it is when your famous and you have people all over you about it. just because they have a mother daughter day doesnt mean she loves her mom more than her dad.

It doesn’t say who wrote this article, but whoever it is doesn’t seem to know much about the law, about Miley Cyrus or about her family. Miley just turned 18 last Tuesday, so the divorce courts will not be “assigning” control of Miley’s money to anyone. She now controls her own money. Billy Ray Cyrus is now living at his home near Nashville, so obviously Miley is not going to be spending as much time with him and that is absolutely no indication that she’s “chosen” her mother over her father. And since Miley has never, ever said a word about her parent’s divorce to anyone in the media, you do not know anything about how she feels about it or about her parent’s individual roles in it. Any “reports” about Miley having chosen her father over her mother were bogus, probably the result of idiotic headlines that start with questions rather than statements. These idiotic question headlines are a dead giveaway that the story is going to be based on bogus sources and lies.
