It was a less than happy Thanskgiving for Amber Portwood: After her daughter Leah became a ward of the state of Indiana, she reportedly “threw a fit” because she was banned from spending the holiday with her.
A source tells RadarOnline.com that the Teen Mom star was banned on Thanksgiving from seeing her own baby Leah, who has been classified as a CHINS — Child in Need of Service. And she wasn’t happy about it.A source close to Amber tells Radar that she spent the holiday at Amber’s grandmother’s house but “Gary and Leah can’t be there with Amber,” and she threw “a fit about it,” even though it was an Indiana court that decided that Amber could only see Leah with supervised visits.
A judge decided Tuesday Nov. 23 to place the child with Gary, with monitored visitation for Amber.

The sad thing is, if MTV didn’t air that footage she wouldn’t be paying for her actions. The only person in all this that ANYONE should feel sorry for is Leah, it isn’t her fault her mom is a nut job! I don’t feel sorry for her for not being able to see her baby on Thanksgiving, she should have thought about that before she started parading her ex-con bf on MTV and beating up Gary. Yes it is hard being a young parent but that doesn’t give you the right to be stupid either…….
