Why wasn’t Mama Grizzly in the audience cheering on her daughter in the finale?
I guess Sarah Palin NEVER expected her daughter to make it to the finals. She never anticipated her Tea Party followers would try to rig the voting.
So instead of watching Bristol Palin strongly dance her way to an impressive third place final spot, she was in Phoenix, Ariz., at 6 p.m. MST at Barnes & Noble kicking off the tour for her new book America By Heart — Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag.
In her absence, Sarah tweeted pre-show support: “Meanwhile Mark & No Drama-Mama Bristol keeping good perspective at dance studio; Fun & warmer than here.”
I have to hand it to Sarah — she tweeted her congrats to her daughters competitors: “Congrats Jen, Kyle, Bristol, et al, for proving competition is GOOD! Remember! ‘They’re going to criticize anyway, so you might as well dance!”
The reality star told ABC News, following her daughter’s loss: “I couldn’t be prouder” of Bristol. “This was all about the work ethic and perseverance”
Her final tweet: “Well, what a great ride! Competition is good for everyone. Be inspired by those who step up to challenges & improve w/ each step; congrats Jen!”
