HollywoodLife.com has learned exclusively that adult film star Capri Anderson told a very different story to police the night of her wild romp with Charlie Sheen, compared to the claims — choking and violence — she’s making now.
Capri Anderson filed a formal complaint with police Nov. 22 alleging that Charlie Sheen choked her in his suite at the Plaza Hotel on the night of Oct. 26 during a drug- and alcohol-fueled rage. Here’s the problem: She didn’t say anything to police about it the night of the actual incident even though she filed a formal complaint, an NYPD source tells HL.
Yesterday, four weeks after the original incident at the Plaza, Capri went on a full media and legal blitz claiming both to ABC News and the NYPD that Charlie choked her during the course of the night. Sheen’s lawyer has denied the choking allegation, which is the basis of a suit Capri plans to file in L.A.
Seriously undermining Capri’s claim will be the fact, as we’ve learned, that she did in fact file a formal complaint with the NYPD on the night of the incident — but never mentioned any choking then.
It’s unclear why she left that part out of her story. Legal sources tell HollywoodLife.com that Capri’s case (both criminal and civil) against Charlie is as good as dead if she’s now changed her story.
We asked her lawyer for comment, but haven’t yet heard back.
