Bristol Palin Doesn't Remember What It's Like To Sleep Late: 'It's Hard Being A Single Mom'

Dancing With the Stars finalist Bristol Palin has traded fun nights out with her friends for early mornings at home with her 23-month-old son, Tripp. “I can never sleep in, but I love every minute with Tripp,” she tells In Touch magazine. Can you relate?

Bristol Palin‘s son, Tripp, is a mini alarm clock. “He usually wakes at 5 a.m., so I am used to being up super early,” she tells In Touch magazine about her 23-month-old. “I can never sleep in.” Even though he’s an early riser, the Dancing With the Stars finalist couldn’t imagine life without him. “I don’t want to ever be away from Tripp,” she says.

Bristol says Levi hasn’t seen their son in months

When Bristol, 20, became pregnant as a teen, she was forced to grow up quickly. She could no longer spend as much time with her friends, as she and then-boyfriend Levi Johnston, 20, awaited the birth of their baby. And now that Tripp’s here and Levi is no longer in her life, Bristol is busier than ever. “It’s hard being a single mom,” she admits.

Is Bristol using Tripp for sympathy votes on ‘DWTS’?

She even agreed to be a part of Dancing With the Stars in the hopes of raising some money to support her son. “There are definitely fun parts to it,” admits Bristol. But she’s beyond ready to pack up her car and drive her baby back to their family homestead in Wasilla, Alaska. “I miss home,” she tells the magazine. Aww!
