Not satisfied with Ryan Reynolds being named the Sexiest Man Alive, HollywoodLife.com presented our own list of top 10 celeb hotties — and it quickly became obvious that there are only two guys you really care about: The Vampire Diaries‘ painfully smoldering Ian Somerhalder and Twilight‘s bed-headed Brit Robert Pattinson!

And this isn’t the first time we’ve seen these two blood-hungry blokes come to blows. Over the summer, Entertainment Weekly‘s Sexiest Beast tournament came down to Rob and Ian, with Ian narrowly clinching the coveted top spot. Will he win our battle, as well? It’s up to you, so start voting!
