According to a new report, Kate is blowing through the fortune she’s made on TV, and her income-generating prospects are thinning faster than Jon Gosselin’s hair.
Kate Gosselin has made serious cash from her reality shows and Dancing with the Stars, but according to PopEater’s Rob Shuter, all that money has run out — and she may have to get an actual job to pay the bills for herself and her eight kids.
“She flies first class and stays at the most expensive hotels and spends money on herself like it’s going out of fashion,” a source tells Rob. “Remember, this is a woman who once spent $7,000 on a haircut!”
Sources also tells Shuter that Kate thought her ‘Dancing’ stint would result in some big-money endorsements with baby and cosmetics companies, but that clearly hasn’t panned out.
And here’s the unkindest cut of all: “Kate is so worried about her finances that she’s even thinking about getting a real job,” says the source.

Yeah, so. She might have to get a real job, but not until after she declares bankruptcy and shifts the burden of her debt onto other consumers and taxpayers.
And given that she has a nursing license, with her notoriety I think she’ll have a hard time finding a job. Who would want to hire her? And I agree with the other commenter who pointed out that it would be distressing at the least to have her as a nurse.
Fame, fame, fame, fame. The fall from there is painful and short.
