Demi might be missing out on a traditional turkey day, but at least she’ll have her family by her side!

Demi Lovato isn’t getting special treatment while in rehab. The Disney star, who entered a rehab facility for an eating disorder and cutting, will be forced to stay put for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. Even though Demi, 18, might miss out on a turkey dinner complete with all the trimmings in the comfort of her family’s home, she’ll have the most important thing — family.

“[Her family] will be there to celebrate Thanksgiving with her,” Demi’s rep tells People. “She remains committed first and foremost to her treatment. Demi has made tremendous progress to date, but understands that she has more work to do.”
