Just one day after denying a divorce, Eva Longoria has in fact filed for divorce from NBA star Parker, three years after they were married.
Desperate Housewives star Eva filed for divorce in L.A. Superior Court today, reports People. And Eva tells ExtraTV.com that Tony has been cheating on her with two women, including one who is the wife of one of his San Antonio Spurs teammates!
Eva and Tony both tweeted the following statement today: “It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.”
But the real story is, according to Extra, that Eva has found over 1000 text messages from another woman on his phone with another woman, reportedly the wife of one of his NBA teammates. What’s more, she also alleges that Tony cheated earlier in the marriage — and kept in touch with her via Facebook.
Eva, 35, and Tony, 27, were married in France in July 2007.
Yesterday, reps for the couple denied that Eva and Tony were splitting, after TMZ reported Parker had filed for divorce in Texas. It has also been reported that Eva is seeking spousal support; the news surfaced 18 days after Tony signed a four-year $50 million contract with the San Antonio Spurs.

LOVE that he was f’ing one of his teammates wives. LOVE IT. (i mean, just cuz he’ll really pay now… not cuz i love that people are getting hurt b/c of this.) men can’t keep it in their pants- is this a shock to anyone?
