Jessica doesn’t want to sign a prenup with fiancé Eric — and it’s not looking good for her financial future!
Ever the hopeless romantic, Jessica Simpson, 30, is engaged again — and a new report claims Jess will NOT be making fiancé Eric Johnson enter into a prenuptial agreement! We spoke to family law expert Vikki Ziegler who says “it’s ludicrous if she doesn’t execute a prenup! This is her second marriage; the divorce rate is closer to 64 percent in the second marriages.” Jessica already lost an estimated $10 million during her first divorce from Nick Lachey. She needs to learn from the past, not repeat it!
Ziegler points out, “You’re planning for a marriage and not just a wedding. That’s the focus. [Jessica and Eric] have only known each other a few months, so why the rush?”
