Prepare yourself, Arrested Development fans! We’ve got more details on the AD movie, straight from George Bluth Sr. himself!

It sometimes feels like bringing Arrested Development to the big screen is a process that just keeps crawling by or stopping altogether, but we have finally got good news for Bluth family devotees! Jeffrey Tambor tells us exclusively the AD movie is well on it’s way to theaters!

Hollywoodlife.com caught up with the always hilarious Jeffrey at the premiere of Tangled (he voices one of the big nosed thugs), and he was more than eager to talk about the epic return of Arrested Development to the entertainment world. “I know there is an idea kind of circulating, but everybody is on board and probably by next year at this time we’ll be in it,” he said.

Unfortunately, the 66-year old actor can’t give away any plot points yet. “I haven’t seen the script!” he insisted.

That didn’t stop Jeffrey from musing on what he wants to see in the script. “I hope both George and Oscar are in it,” he revealed. But not because of the challange of playing two characters. “I just like the long hair,” The Hangover star admitted.

We don’t care what kind of hair you have, Jeff, as long as this movie finally goes into production already!
