Just one day after being killed on stage in an episode of South Park, Biebs gets hurt during a performance… for real!
It’s been a seriously bad week for Justin Bieber. On the Nov. 10 episode of South Park, the Dark Lord Cthulu killed him in order to rid the world of all things “evil,” and now it seems that life is imitating art! Sources tell TMZ that, although hospitalization wasn’t needed, Justin did suffer a sprain Nov. 11 during a concert in Cleveland, Ohio.
Fortunately for his thousands of screaming fans, Justin manned-up and finished the show. What a trooper!
