Billy Ray has been completely mum on his divorce to Tish…until now. Check out his reaction when a DJ grills him for info on his marital problems!

Yikes, talk about an awkward interview. Billy Ray Cyrus was so offended by a Nashville DJ’s question about his divorce, he stormed out! (But not before giving the radio hosts a piece of his mind.)

In the audio obtained by, Woody from the WCOL “Woody & The Wake-Up Call” morning show doesn’t ignore the pink elephant in the room…he dives right in and asks about Billy, 49, about his divorce from Tish. Of course, this doesn’t sit well with Miley’s pop.

“Oh, you know what? Woody Johnson!” Billy says in a mocking tone. He continues, trying to avoid a confrontation, but can’t help but show his displeasure: “God bless America, God bless our troops. Woody Johnson…look at you!” Billy can then be heard taking off his mic and leaving the room while the interviewer apologies and claims he “had to ask.”

You can just make out the country singer throwing insults at Woody as he walks away, insisting he was, “very rude” and that he “should be disgusted.”

Good thing no one asked if Tish cheated on him with Bret Michaels. That would’ve been a real blow-up.

Actually, one of the answers in this poll, in response to the question, is a double negative. So both answers other than “not sure” are basically the same…so I had to pick “not sure”.

Bonnie, you are a complete and utter fool. Telling someone they are “very rude” and “you should be disgusted” is NOT throwing insults at anyone. The interviewer probably knew full well ahead of time not to bring up his divorce, and he chose to do so anyway. However, your take of this situation is completely biased in that you can’t stand his daughter and take every opportunity to try to paint her in a negative way. YOU should be ashamed of yourself, Ms Bonnie.

Most RESPECTED interviewers discuss what the celebrity will and will NOT answer questions about…OBVIOUSLY this WOODY guy is a JERK, not a real journalist and deserves to be chastized by Cyrus and ANYONE else who wants to!

Why do people think that a stars personal life is news and that they have a right to ask question. No one in their right mind would like it if they were asked about thier personal life, so why is it supposed to be acceptable for stars. It’s time to end this crap and let the stars live normal lives outside their profession and leave them alone. Most like there was an agreement not to ask about the divorce but the interview or station violated that agreement. What stars need to start doing is prior to interviews get a Signed agreement from both the station and the interviewer as to what questions are off limits, and if they violate that agreement, the interview and station have to pay big to the celetrity.

You know if the Enquirer is right, that the Cyrus breakup is over disciplining the kids and what not, then I have to say I’m disappointed in the Cyrus parents for not going to counseling and learning to parent TOGETHER.

in all likelihood it was discussed beforehand that those types of questions would not be asked- and this guy just wanted to make a name for himself by being some howard stern wannabe or something. i don’t think cyrus should think it’s off limits, but it was probably negotiated beforehand- and that’s what makes it sleazy.
