Scott isn’t usually the first person that comes to mind when we think of health, but apparently he is perfect for ‘Men’s Fitness!’
Scott Disick may not seem like the fittest guy given his often hard-partying ways, but Men’s Fitness seems to disagree. HollywoodLife.com caught up with Scott at the release of Amidren by Scott Disick at The Chelsea Room Nov. 8 and he told us he will be shooting the cover of the fitness mag for the May issue. Maybe he really has toned down his ways!
With the cover shot upcoming, it seemed vital to speak woth the reality star about his regiment. Scott says he pairs his cardio with weight training and “just being healthy and living an overall healthy life.” Nothing outrageous and no workout or diet gimmicks. Scott works out four to five times a week, and only sometimes uses a trainer.
Good for you Scott! Men’s Fitness tells HollywoodLife.com that Scott hasn’t been shot yet, but they are looking forward to working with him for the cover. Either way, we are sure longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian is loving having a fit guy with her all the time!
