Bret Michaels Speaks: Miley's Mom And I Didn't Have An Affair!

Bret Michaels went on Fox and Friends Nov. 9 and denied having any relationship with Tish Cyrus, but do YOU believe him?

Bret Michaels is being pegged as the home wrecker who caused Miley Cyrus‘ parents impending divorce, but on Nov. 9 the 47-year-old rock star went on Fox and Friends and adamantly claimed otherwise.

“The question is did I or didn’t I,” he began. “The answer is no.”

Then, instead of moving on from the issue, Bret launched into an ultra-long explanation.

“Here’s the thing, I’ve been friends with her family forever. It started out as me and Miley working on a song together. Her mom, Tish, likes ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn,’ and the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison, so they wanted to remake it for the new record. And then it started out with me and Miley –- while I was in the studio, Miley came and sang on my song that I wrote. And honestly, she did a beautiful job and that was it. And then they started with all that controversy.”

According to multiple reports, Bret and Tish began having an affair last February and Miley’s dad, Billy Ray had no clue until his daughter, Brandi, told him about it. At that point, he reportedly asked Tish for a divorce.

Everyone’s reps are denying the affair.
