What do you think of Ke$ha’s neon-semble? Was it crazy good, or just plain crazy?

Ke$ha‘s outfits may not be as over-the-top as, say, Lady Gaga‘s — but at least you can always count on her to light up a room. She showed up at the MTV Europe Music Awards on Nov. 7 in a full neon ensemble, complete with fluorescent body paint and hairspray. How do YOU feel about Ke$ha’s latest look? Did she look award-worthy (she won the EMA for “Best New Act”) or did she look more like a party girl who got lost on her way to a rave?
