Wow! This 5-Year-Old’s Drawings Helped Pay for His Own Chemotherapy!

Little Aidan’s dad started selling the pictures his son drew of monsters on Etsy, and before he knew it, thousands of dollars were flowing in to help save both the boy and his family.

You might need to break out the tissues for this one. Just two months ago, young Aidan was just a normal 5-year-old boy. That all changed, though, when he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and suddenly he was fighting for his life and his family was trying to figure out how they would be able to afford to pay for his very expensive treatment. They faced having to sell their house. Thinking fast, Aidan’s dad, Wylie, set up an Etsy shop online and started selling the pictures Aidan drew of monsters. Now, just two months later, Aidan’s Monsters have saved the family’s finances and might also have saved Aidan’s life.

A few days before Halloween, just six weeks after the diagnosis, Aidan’s family posted a note on their blog, Aid For Aidan, announcing that the combination of financial aid and well wishes from hundreds of people has made a huge difference. “The response and support our family has received is simply amazing,” the note said. “The family had considered the sale of their home, and Aidan’s father began to look for a 2nd job to offset the impact of the additional medical expense.

“While the donations and financial support have been an amazing blessing,” the note continues, “we would like to especially thank everyone for all of the letters and support. Your words have been uplifting and inspiring to the entire family. Your words and support for Aidan have helped us in ways unimaginable. Aidan has been drawing more than ever, and we do our best to share all of your words with him. Your support has been keeping Aidan’s and our family’s spirits up. Again, we sincerely thank you for this.”

Probably the most essential steps you need to take would be to work in your diet. Based on study on people around the world who died from diseases, a higher percentage of it is related with the food we consume. By operating on the root trigger, you would conquer a major obstacles that’s blocking your recovery and reduce your fats intake, eggs and red meats. Develop up your body immune system by minimising the intake of food such as dairy products, meat, coffee and maintain your body at optimum level. When your immune method is high, you’ll be able to fight the cancer cells in our physique.

stunningly beautiful story…praying that Aidan is beating his cancer – and that Aidan and all children (and adults, for that matter) are able to get the cancer-fighting drugs they need…was shocked and disgusted to learn this morning (from CNN’s dr Sanjay Gupta, that there are shortages of these all-important, life-saving drugs right here in the U.S.)!!! may God continue to bless your family…
