Miley Cyrus Spotted Illegally Drinking In Spain -- Is Her Parents' Divorce Sending Her Over The Edge!

The 17-year-old parties and drinks at a club in Madrid, even though she is under the legal age!

It looks like Miley Cyrus‘ parents’ divorce may be taking a toll on the singer and actress — she was spotted out a club in Madrid Nov. 4 drinking! TMZ reports, “Miley Cyrus, 17, threw back a Corona cerveza at a club in Madrid, Spain last night … where the legal drinking age is technically 18.” Partying AND breaking the law — things are not looking good!

Miley is in the Spanish capital to promote the release of her album Can’t Be Tamed. While Miley has been spotted out at clubs until all hours in the past, this is the first time she has actually been spotted drinking!

Miley’s parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus recently split after 17 years of marriage with reports saying Tish’s alleged affair with rocker Bret Michaels led to Billy filing divorce papers.

We hope Miley is not turning to alcohol to deal with this difficult time!

Has nothing to do with the divorce. She’s been out of control for a while – fame, money, celebrity – a lot to handle at such a young age. Just another talented kid being destroyed by the glitter and glam. Too bad there are no grounded adults around to help her through it all.

i so agree with you and people should stop using her parents divorce to cover as an excuse because had been acting out since early 2008 and she is not the only person in the world to have her parents divorcing many famous and non famous people have had that happened to them but they have not used it as an excuse fortheir behaviour

Who the hell cares. You’re all a bunch of vultures, centering around these worthless people. They don’t give a rat’s ass about you, so why the hell should you care about them.

Ms. Cyrus has chosen a slutty life, as do so many female children who’ve been “created” to be stars. I emphasize “created,” as they are not stars in any way – shape – form. Rather, a cunning group of entertainment pimps grab someone they can exploit, and market them to the mindless masses who have little in the form of a life. As such, they are exploited – attempting to live vicariously through these “stars.”

It is sad Ms. Cyrus did not have the benefit of parents v. sperm and egg donors. Our society is fraught with such off-spring. Two chronological “adults” performed a physical act that resulted in the birth of a child. That, sadly, is where their “parenting” ended.

Our society is in the pitiful shape of today because of profound absence of legitimate parenting. Ms. Cyrus is following the path of Ms. Lohan, ad nauseum. They are enabled by their respective entourages, and more’s the pity!
