Steal the star’s chic hair and makeup look with four easy products!

OMG, how much are you LOVING Ashlee Simpson’s new short haircut?!?  You can tell she’s really having fun with her new look, as evidenced by this glamorous style she sported at the Decades Denim launch party last night. Here’s how to nab the look for yourself!
