Hilary Duff told us she hurtles insults at the cast of NBC’s hit show Community in her guest role as the community college mean girl!

Hilary Duff, 23, is known to most as Hollywood’s sweetheart, a New York Time’s bestseller, and one of this summer’s most beautiful brides. But Nov. 4 she will fill the shoes of Greendale Community College’s head mean girl on NBC’s comedy, Community. Hilary told reporters Nov. 2 this is a different role from anything she’s done before and she loved letting her inner mean girl free!

“I don’t think it’s hard for girls to play mean, because everyone has had experience with another girl being snotty to them,” she said. “It was actually a lot of fun. I’ve never gotten to do anything where I got to be a bitch before.”

Hilary and her pro-hokey playing husband, Mike Comrie, 30, are big fans of the show, and she said she’d love to make another guest appearance as Megan. Being back on the small screen reminded her how much she missed working on television.

“I miss TV. I would like to concentrate on movies, but if the right role came along I would take it,” the former Lizzie Maguire starlet said, adding, “I like the idea of coming home at night, and working with the same people and the schedule would work well with my life right now.”

We would LOVE to see the newlywed return to TV, and can’t wait to watch her this week on Community.
