The “emotional and physical” problems that prompted Demi Lovato, 18, to enter rehab are still a mystery — but it sounds like Nick Jonas, 18, suspected something has been wrong with her for a while now. ”Demi, you are the best!” Nick tweeted Oct. 24, seemingly out of the blue. “Cheers to a good 4 years of friendship… and to many years to come!”
Many of Demi’s fans speculate she couldn’t handle being around ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, 21, and his new girlfriend Ashley Greene, 23, who followed Joe to South America for the Jonas Brothers‘ and Demi’s joint tour.
