Lindsay is already in rehab to kick her various addictions, and PETA suggests she drop one more harmful substance: MEAT!
This is so ridiculous! PETA has offered to pay 24-year-old Lindsay Lohan‘s $50,000 rehab bill if she promises to give up eating meat! Keep reading for a snippet of the official letter addressed to Lindsay from the animal-rights organization…
“Dear Lindsay,
We understand that you’ve fallen on tough economic times, so we’re writing to you with an offer that we sincerely hope you’ll consider.
PETA will help pay your $50,000 bill for substance addiction treatment if you’ll rid yourself of one more toxic substance: meat. As you know, a crucial part of any recovery is showing charity to others. One way to do this is to be kind to animals, the Earth, and your own body. You’ll never regret it.

Wow, this sounds perfect for Lindsay! But what happens when she gets out of Betty Ford rehabilitation center Jan. 3 and falls back into her old ways (aka eating meat?) Would she have to give PETA all the money back? Well, the joke would be on them… she’s BROKE!

I never beg nor ask for help because maybe I’m too proud or maybe because I got my self in the situation to begin with I suppose. I’m a 33 year old mother to two young boys and a wife to a 3rd child, I work full time 45 hour week, go to school full time and when time permits I work a 2nd job to compensate the fact the my salary was cut due to the economy. My husband lost his job recently and I’m 4 months behind on my mortgage…..WILL PETA PAY FOR MY BILLS? Probably not, but they will pay for Lindsay Lohan’s repeated treatment?
Where is the justice in America? I have no clue? How is that the famous and wealthy get free goodie bags and free samples at every single event, while the average American can only afford to buy the magazine that they are spread across.
Am I bitter? No, not in the least. But PETA, I’m putting you on notice, I will eat meat again, because you paying Lindsay Lohan’s treatment bill, while I’m struggling to keep a roof over my child’s head is bogus.
Oh yes, I will eat meat!
